 Kabocha is a variety of Japanese winter squash that grows up to 8 pounds. The interior is a bright orange and is naturally sweet. It is commonly used as an ingredient in vegetable tempura, soups and other side dishes.Kabocha can also be found on one of the Korean tofu erasers in "None of the Above" eraser section. |
