When Sarah decided to buy her partner Alex the ultimate birthday gift—a set of five classic 1-inch diameter Tintin Magnets Set Of Five Ref: 16024 featuring iconic comic art from The Adventures of Tintin—she thought she had nailed it. After all, what screams "happy birthday" louder than miniature moments from Cigars of the Pharaoh, The Blue Lotus, Tintin in America, Destination Moon, and Explorers on the Moon?
There was just one microscopic, physics-defying flaw: Alex’s prized refrigerator boasted a sleek, unapologetic stainless steel front that completely rejected magnetic forces. As Alex stared blankly at the metal surface where the magnets instantly slid to the floor like defeated teardrops, the birthday energy dipped into awkward silence.
Undeterred and operating under pure stealth mode, Sarah executed a clandestine midnight kitchen overhaul. While Alex slept, she swapped out the entire appliance front with a classic magnetic-friendly panel.
The next morning, bleary-eyed and clutching a mug of coffee, Alex wandered into the kitchen, fully prepared to re-gift the magnets to a stray filing cabinet. Instead, a gasp of pure astonishment rattled the room: there, proudly clinging to the fridge in chronological comic-book glory, were all five 2.5cm (1") metal masterpieces, holding fast like they had lived there forever.
Bring a little bit of unexpected magic (and secret appliance renovation) into your own kitchen with this charming set of five 1-inch diameter Tintin Magnets Set Of Five Ref: 16024, featuring vivid artwork from Hergé's timeless adventures. Just double-check your fridge material first—or be prepared for some late-night DIY!
