Poster Jean Graton - The Betrayal of Steve Warson From the Cover of the Journal of Tintin 1961

The Michel Vaillant series appeared in Tintin Magazine from 1946 to 1993. Drawn and written by Jean Graton, the comic was about a fictitious racing team. Graton was obsessed with technical accuracy of the cars and race circuits he depicted. The stories also dealt with the business and politics of running a race car team.
